Denver Nuggets two-way rookie Bol Bol recorded a career-high 21 points Sunday night for the Windy City Bulls in a 118-83 win over the Santa Cruz Warriors in the G League.
Bol converted on 8-of-11 shot attempts from the field, including 3-of-5 from 3-point range, in 28 minutes off of the bench. The second-round pick also added six rebounds and a career-high five blocked shots.
Bol recently re-joined the Bulls after spending some time back with the Nuggets. He was assigned to the Bulls last Wednesday and has appeared in two games since returning to the G League.
The Nuggets recalled Bol on Nov. 24 after a four-game stint in the G League to evaluate his health following foot surgery in January. The 7-foot-2 center has shown no signs of any lingering issues and logged a season-high 28 minutes on Sunday.

Bol is now averaging 13 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.3 blocks in six games with the Bulls while he is shooting 62.3% from the field and 44.4% (4-of-9) from 3-point range.
The organization is taking a cautious approach to Bol’s recovery from foot surgery this season and will likely want to see more from him in the G League before activating him in the NBA.
The Bulls play next on Wednesday against the Raptors 905.
