Those false positives? Pretty simply put. If there’s two negative tests from those players, including Allen, those guys can come back to practice. Evidently, the Bills got a little lucky, too. This happened over the weekend, and the Bills had a scheduled day off on Saturday. So instead of missing two days of practice, it’ll only be Sunday (probably).

As of Monday morning, numerous reports, including ESPN’s Adam Schefter, said all the guys in the NFL that tested negative twice and can return to practice on Monday because they passed that protocol.

Others along with Allen that possible had false positive tests include Harrison Phillips, Quinton Jefferson and Vernon Butler. All of those guys missed practice Sunday for undisclosed reasons, which likely points to the test-result issue.
