4-star DL Gracen Halton includes Oregon in top-3, announces decision date

Though he just de-committed from Oregon earlier this week, 4-star DL Gracen Halton included the Ducks in his final-3 when announcing his decision date.

Just a couple of days after announcing that he would be de-committing from the Oregon Ducks and opening up his recruitment, 4-star DL Gracen Halton has set a date and time for him to announce his final decision on National Signing Day.

Halton, who is considering the Ducks, Oklahoma Sooners, and Miami Hurricanes, will announce where he is signing on Wednesday. A time has not yet been set for the announcement.

Though the Ducks were listed in the final three for Halton, it feels a bit wreckless to believe that Oregon has a real shot at landing the DL who ranks No. 33 in the nation. After taking a visit to Oklahoma earlier in the month, Halton, who was committed to the Ducks for the majority of 2021, decided to open up his recruitment and look elsewhere. The belief is that he will likely sign with the Sooners, though Mario Cristobal surely has a chance at bringing him with his new team down in Coral Gabels.
