The Arizona Cardinals continue to move toward the start of the 2022 regular season. They will take the field against the Kansas City Chiefs at State Farm Stadium in Week 1 in 39 days.
No. 39 has belonged to cornerback Jace Whittaker for the last three years. Whittaker has bounced between the practice squad and active roster the last two seasons, playing mostly on special teams after playing collegiately at the University of Arizona.
