For the first time in a long time, the top four seeds of the Mountain West tournament made it to the semifinals of the conference tournament.
San Diego State will be taking on Colorado State in what should be an epic game as will Boise State vs. Wyoming in the No. 1 vs. No. 4 matchup
Weeks leading up to the conference tournament we looked at TeamRankings.com who provided predictions for the Mountain West tournament.
Heading into the semifinals, San Diego State is the favorite to win the conference tournament. The Aztecs have been the favorite to win the conference tournament for at least a month.
San Diego State is now given just under 33% chance to win it all followed by Boise State, Colorado State, and Wyoming in the fourth spot.
This conference tournament has been one of the most competitive and fun of all 30-plus out there. Any of these four teams can win it all and currently San Diego State vs. Boise State is the most likely conference championship.
