12 things to know about new Bills WR Kenny Stills

Get to know Buffalo Bills WR Kenny Stills.

Huge activist

If you take any liberties into learning about Stills for yourself, you’ll quickly realize he’s a very serious social rights activist. Stills has kneeled during the national anthem prior to games dating back to 2016. Stills has adamantly backed Colin Kaepernick on numerous occasions, going as far as stating that the NFL potentially could have saved lives if the league listened to the quarterback sooner.

Stills also puts his money where his mouth is in terms of his activism. He was arrested as recently as July 2020 for his involvement in a Louisville protest relating to the death of Breonna Taylor. Charges were later later dropped.

Already impressed by the Bills

Rumors about the Bills and Stills started last week. We kind of already knew this was coming, as did the Bills and Stills themselves. That didn’t stop Stills from having his phone on him during Buffalo’s 56-26 dismantling of the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

Stills, toward the end of that game, sent out this message on his social media page via Twitter:

Many of us were thinking the same thing.

A recent hobby

Onto some fun stuff: Stills doesn’t look anything like a professional on the slopes just yet, but hey, even Johnny Tsunami had to start somewhere.

Posted just before Christmas, Stills sent out a video of him snowboarding on social media via his account on Instagram. Looks like he’s just fine in the cold weather despite having played for the University of Oklahoma, Saints, Dolphins and Texans (then again, he was born in Minnesota):
